Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens after the trial?
After your 7-day free trial, you can choose a plan and add your payment method. If you do not subscribe, your account will be paused (data is not deleted).
Is pricing per restaurant or per branch?
Dine Pro is priced per branch. If you have one restaurant with 3 branches, you pay for 3 branches — at either billing cycle. Dine Eco covers a single shop. Captains are billed separately, on top of the branch fee.
Can I pay monthly instead of yearly?
Yes. Dine Eco is ₹750 per month or ₹7,500 per year; Dine Pro is ₹1,000 per month or ₹10,000 per year per branch. Paying yearly costs the same as ten months, so two months are free. Captain devices are ₹199 each per month (₹2,388 per year), and 18% GST applies to the total on either cycle.
Is hardware included?
No. Printers, tablets and weighing scales are not included and are sold separately. DinePluz runs in any browser and on standard Android terminals, so you can also use hardware you already own.
